Project Overview
This comprehensive automotive platform functions as a multi-sided marketplace connecting five distinct user types into a single ecosystem. It allows **Primary Users** to book on-demand vehicle repairs, tow services, or diagnostics from verified **Mechanics**, while also enabling **Merchants** to list and sell spare parts directly to car owners. Beyond maintenance, the app handles ride-hailing logistics, matching **Riders** with **Drivers** for transport. The core engine manages complex state flows—coordinating live service requests, tracking real-time locations for recovery vehicles, and handling secure multi-party payments between service providers and customers.
The Problem
Vehicle owners faced a nightmare finding trustworthy mechanics, while mechanics lacked a reliable stream of customers. The market was fragmented, with no centralized platform to verify quality or standardize pricing.
