Project Overview
The agricultural supply chain is notoriously opaque, relying on fragmented communication channels like WhatsApp and emails to negotiate high-value crop deals. This inefficiency leads to lost margins, lack of auditability, and slow transaction cycles for both Farmers and Industrial Processors. I architected and built FoodFlow, a comprehensive B2B marketplace that digitizes the entire procurement lifecycle. The platform introduces a real-time negotiation engine, automated compliance (KYC/KYCE) workflows, and role-specific dashboards, transforming a chaotic manual process into a streamlined, transparent digital experience.
The Problem
